Payment
We offer the following payment options:

When you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. Funds will remain blocked on your card until either:
We charge the amount when dispatching the goods, or
The funds are released according to an agreement with your card issuer.
No card fees are charged. The amount will only be debited when the goods are dispatched.
Please note that bank transfers and PayPal payments are not covered by the chargeback scheme.
Shipping
We ship via GLS, Dachser and Freja, depending on the size of your order.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.
Note: Delivery is made to the curbside unless otherwise agreed.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive the goods.
Notify us at dse@dse.as if you wish to withdraw. You may also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing delivery without notifying us.
Partial Withdrawal
You may withdraw from individual items in an order, even if they were purchased together.
Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns
You have 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of withdrawal. Returns are at your own expense and risk.
Some items cannot be returned by ordinary post (e.g., large shop signs or street signs).

We only accept parcels sent directly to the above address. You may also deliver in person by prior arrangement.
No Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw from purchases of:
Custom-made goods (e.g., special measurements or logo printing)
Sealed goods if the seal has been broken
Digital goods delivered without a physical medium, if you have consented to the service beginning and thus forfeited your withdrawal right
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We recommend returning goods in their original packaging; missing original packaging may lead to diminished value.
Refund
We will refund your payments, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty (Complaint Rights)
As a consumer, you have 24 months’ warranty. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time—preferably within 2 months of discovering the defect.
A valid complaint entitles you to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid complaints.

We collect the following information at purchase: name, address, email and phone number.
We register and disclose only the necessary information for delivery.
Personal data is stored for 5 years and then deleted. We only engage data processors within the EU or in countries with adequate data protection.

Environmental Fee
All orders at DSE include an environmental fee of 3,99 Euro excl. VAT.
We have chosen a fixed fee regardless of order size or delivery address to make it easy for customers to calculate the fee and potentially save by pooling orders, which also makes environmental sense.
The environmental fee covers:
Environmental charges imposed by our carriers
Environmental levies and duties on imports justified by environmental considerations
Correct waste sorting under legal requirements and CO₂ taxes
Sustainable investments, for example in LED lighting
