Questions Regarding Your Order...

As a customer with us, you may have questions you would like answered—either before or after placing your order. We have gathered the most common questions our customers ask right here to help you on your way. When will I receive my items after ordering?

  • Products without print: If you order standard products without print before 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped on the same day. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with further details. For the vast majority of our shipments, delivery takes place the day after we ship, but for certain locations in Denmark, delivery may take 1–2 days.

  • Products with print: The delivery times listed below apply unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are indicative, and delays may occur.

When ordering printed goods, please expect 1–2 days of extra delivery time, and in some cases, up to 7–10 business days.

Need it faster? It is possible to get faster delivery on printed goods, but the price and delivery date must always be agreed upon with customer service when placing the order. Contact customer service at +45 7454 3210 or dse@dse.as.

As a general rule, if you order before 2:00 PM, you will receive your goods the following day. Should the package be delayed, it is very rare that it does not arrive by the day after at the latest. Our super-fast warehouse staff always work hard to ensure that all incoming orders are shipped as promised. If it is past 2:00 PM and you absolutely need the item the next day, call us immediately and we will see if we can work some magic for you.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping with us always costs 68 DKK, regardless of how large or how many packages you need shipped. If you buy for over 800 DKK (excl. VAT), we deliver your goods completely free of charge throughout Denmark!

Delivery to non-bridged islands: For shipments to non-bridged islands with their own postal code (3700-3790, 5960-5985, 6720, 7884, 8305, 9940), increased transit times apply, as well as a delivery surcharge of a minimum of 68 DKK for a standard package up to 25 kg, and 625 DKK for a pallet.

For delivery to non-bridged islands without their own postal code, the order will be delivered to the ferry berth, and the buyer is responsible for transport to the final address. If delivery to the buyer's address is to be handled by Vinduesgrossisten, this will be invoiced to the buyer.

 

Delivery

I ordered an item on dsesigns.com but haven't heard from you?

We ALWAYS send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when ordering! Check your spam folder; it might be hiding there. If you cannot find the email, send us a message. We will send you a new order confirmation and correct your email address in our system if necessary, ensuring you also receive delivery updates and a tracking number when we ship your order.

 

What do I do if my order does not arrive on the day I expected?

You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you requested delivery to your home address, GLS or the carrier may have visited while you were out. In this case, they will have left a note in your mailbox with information on where to collect it.

We naturally retain responsibility for the shipment until you have signed for receipt of the goods. If you are in doubt about anything, you are always welcome to contact our customer service by phone at +45 7454 3210 or via email.

 

My order has arrived, but there is transport damage to the packaging and the product. What do I do now?

We need to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. If there is visible damage to the packaging, we recommend that you refuse delivery and let the carrier take it back. Then, contact us immediately so we can ship a replacement order right away. If you only discover the damage after the carrier has left, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the next steps.

 

What I received is not what I ordered!

This must certainly be a mistake. Regardless of how this happened, we will help resolve it so you get the product you ordered! Call our customer service at +45 7454 3210 or contact us via email, and we will get it sorted out immediately.

 

 

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

 

How do I return an item purchased from dsesigns.com?

If you regret your purchase before receiving the item, you can refuse acceptance upon delivery. However, it is important that you contact us immediately so we know the product is on its way back and can begin the return process. You can read more about this in our Terms and Conditions. Items can ONLY be returned in their original packaging!

 

I want to return the item, but I no longer have the original packaging?

Ideally, we prefer to receive the item back unopened and in its original packaging. Should you have accidentally damaged or thrown away the packaging, you must ensure that the item is packaged exceptionally well before returning it to us. Please remember that you are responsible for the item until we have signed for its receipt at our warehouse. If you are unsure of how to proceed, please call our customer service at +45 7454 3210 or send us an email, and we will guide you through the process. Is it possible to get a refund for an item if I changed my mind?

Of course! You have a 14-day full right of return, during which you can return your goods and get a refund. However, there are a few exceptions, which are described in our Terms and Conditions.

 

I bought an item from you, but it is defective and does not work?

Don't worry—we live off happy, satisfied customers. We have technicians and experts available who can help get the item working properly or initiate the replacement process.
